Terms of Service

Please read these before commissioning me!! By commissioning me, you are agreeing to ALL of my TOS.

General:

- I have the right to refuse any commission, for any reason
- I have the right to refund your commission at any point, for any reason
- You may repost and use the commission if clear credit is given
- I may use finished commissions as examples of my art
- DO NOT make edits to my artwork
- DO NOT claim my artwork as your own
- DO NOT make mercy from my art and resell it

Payment:

- Payment will be payed in full before I start the commission
- Full refunds may be requested BEFORE work has been started
- I accept USD through PayPal/venmo/cashapp

Process/Completeion Time:

- WIPs will be sent when sketch is finished and at any other point during the process of the commission
- Verbal updates will also always be sent, and you are free to ask me for an update at any time. I also have a public queue list on Trello
- Completion may take a few days to a few months, depending on my personal life and queue length- Please be aware that I struggle with ADHD, and in terms of personal life clashing with completion time, I am a college student/musician with many responsibilities, which will come first before artwork

Commission Edits:

- Time permitting, minor edits may be made by me to the completed commission, such as small coloring/marking mistakes
- Larger edits may come with an extra charge

Adopt/Designs-

- All sales are final on adopts
- If you receive one of my designs through a trade, you may resell it, but please contact me because I will most likely know the worth of the original design
-I REQUIRE my designs to stay on toyhouse so I may keep track of them (@Toby-Tunes)
- DO NOT give or sell my designs to anyone who does not have toy hous.
- DO NOT breed my designs to create copies/children
